We manufacture all of our products in house.

Our door production output average of 500 door kits per week is based upon:

75% standard commercial grade interior doors sets

20% fire rated door sets 

5% bespoke door sets 

We Fit on site 96% of the door sets that we manufacture in our workshop

Our furniture production output average is a running average of:

| 50 contract range kitchens per week

| 90 contract range wardrobes per week

Our weekly production output is based on 80% of our max 100% output for 36 hours production. This allows us to be flexible and absorb peaks & deal with site changes or last minute requests, without effecting our weekly ongoing site delivery dates to meet the clients programs.

Niall O Kane

Niall is the MD and founder of the Carnehill Group and has developed the businesses within the group into trusted contractors delivering successful  projects. He has overseen the growth of the group into a multi-million and multi-disciplinary organisation. Responsible for the overall strategic management of the company, he maintains a hands-on approach to all projects, carrying out frequent site visits and attending client meetings. When not at work, Niall can’t resist a youtube deep-dive on CNC machinery.

Head of Business Development & Estimating

Barry Cremin

Barry has 18 years experience in the Construction Industry working for both Main Contractors and Subcontractors. Since joining Carnehill Joinery in 2019 he has played a key role in the growth of the company by identifying potential new customers and building relationships with them. Outside of the office Barry enjoys spending time with family and watching sport. He is also a multiple time winner of the office Fantasy Football League

Workshop General Manager

Damian Rafferty

Having been with Carnehill for longer than he’d like to admit, Damian’s background is as a Joiner. He’s most proud of the work Carnehill has done for Trinity Business School and UCD Student Village. When he’s not managing the large workshop team, Damian is most likely to be found in camo gear, stalking deer.

Doors and Joinery Production Manager

Noel Conway

Noel has spent the last 20 years of his career in Joinery Management. His strong planning skills and technical knowledge make Noel an integral member of the Carnehill team. When hes not busy getting doors out the door he enjoys a day at the beach surfing with the kids

Tomasz Nawrocki
Co - Furniture Production Manager

Tomasz Nawrocki

Tomasz has been in the furniture industry since 2006. He began his career as a machine operator and assembler, gradually advancing to project manager and ultimately to his current role as production manager. With his extensive experience and passion for improving processes, he continuously works on enhancing the structural design of furniture, thereby streamlining production. Tomasz is passionate about self improvement and is currently studying psychology part-time. When not busy with his work and studies he loves to explore the world of classic cars and motorcycles, as well as reading and fishing. We’re not sure if he has time for sleep!

Martin Rowan
Co - Furniture Production Manager

Martin Rowan

Martin has 25 years experience in the Construction sector and with a degree in Furniture Wood Technology from Letterfrack, cabinet making is in his DNA. He’s particularly passionate about the internal development of computerised systems to bring our manufacturing capabilities to the next level. When he’s not pushing the boundaries in our production facility in Monaghan, Martin can be found in a pair of waders, rod & reel in hand.

Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Pauric McNally

Since joining Carnehill 4 years ago Pauric has been responsible for managing quantity of stock, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. When he’s not at work Pauric can be found at his local GAA club or in the rough at Concra Wood GC

Mark Daly

Mark graduated from Glamorgan University with an Honours degree in Quantity Surveying in 2004. During his time in the construction Industry Mark has worked with some of Irelands leading Main Contractors as a Quantity Surveyor on projects in Retail, Commercial, and Educational Sectors.

Since joining Carnehill in 2010 Mark has led the Commercial Team and is responsible for overseeing the financial function within the Carnehill Group. Outside of work Mark enjoys watching most sports and keeping fit almost as much as he enjoys his daily breakfasts.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Brian McCrystal

Brian has been a trusted member of the Carnehill Team for 18 years. Brian spent many years on site as a Project Manager for Carnehill before retraining as a Quantity Surveyor. Brian utilises this experience and his commercial acumen to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget.
When he’s not counting beans he’s counting up his score on the golf course (needs his calculator for that aswel!) He is also a keen follower of Gaelic Football & Liverpool FC

Finance Manager

Joanne Byrne

Joanne joined the Carnehill Group in 2021 with extensive training in international trade, business, law & accounting. She is a key member of the management team, working closely with both Carnehill Contracting and Joinery. When not busily managing the finances of this multi-million euro organisation, Joanne loves baking, reading and travelling. Her latest read is set in a French chateau, so perhaps Paris is the next destination?

Purchasing Manager

Tim O’Brien

Tim has over 9 years experience working in the Construction Industry & has a Certificate in Electronic Engineering. As Group Purchasing Manager Tim is highly organised and skilled in negotiation. He is a key go to guy in our office. When he is not managing his team in Carnehill he can be found managing his sons football team at the weekend.

Vincent Sweeney

Vincent joined Carnehill in 2023. He has 8 years experience working in the Construction Industry with a qualification of QQI Level 6 Purchasing & Procurement with Supply Chain Management. His knowledge and experience has been a welcome addition to our Purchasing team. In his downtime he enjoys a game of golf and cheering on the Dubs on Hill 16

Quantity Surveyor

Niall Feely

Niall has 18 years experience in Construction industry. He started out in Carnehill as a CNC operator before retraining as a QS in the Carnehill School of Excellence. When he’s not at work Niall enjoys sport and is a fan of GAA, Soccer and Golf

Accounts Assistant

Cristina Mangir

Cristina started at Carnehill in 2023.  She has a degree in accounting from the Academy of Economic Studies in Moldova, plus another accounting qualification from the Cooperative College there.  She’s really driven, always wants to improve, and is doing her ACCA now.
In her spare time Cristina enjoys art, photography and travelling.
Junior Quantity Surveyor

Dan Hanniffy

Dan is one of the newest members of the Carnehill team and is learning his trade with the help of the senior quantity surveyors on projects such as the Belmayne school and the Dun Laoghaire campus. Dan loves playing football for his local GAA team and when he has a weekend off from this can be found taking a day trip to one of Europes Major cities

Contracts Manager

Kevin Bennett

A joiner by trade and one of the longest serving members of the Carnehill Team with over 20 years under his belt.
Kevin manages a number of projects concurrently and has overseen the Joinery and Furniture install on numerous Residential,  Commercial and Educational fit outs.
When he is not running sites all over Ireland Kevin loves nothing more than working on his vintage tractors. He is has a keen interest in his local GAA club

Contracts Manager

Michael Darby

Michael has been working in the Construction industry since 1998.Starting out as a Carpenter he went on to run his own Carpentry and Construction company successfully for 15 years.
Since joining Carnehill Joinery as a Contracts Manager in 2018 Michael has become an valuable member of out Management Team. Michael manages a number of Projects concurrently and has overseen the Joinery and Furniture install on numerous Residential and Commercial projects. Outside of work Michael enjoys spending time with family & going on holidays. He also has a passion for anything motor related & classic cars.

Colm Harte

Colm is a cabinet maker with 25 years experience in the Construction industry. He has managed the installation of Joinery and Furniture packages on numerous Eductional fit outs for Carnehill Joinery. Outside of work Colm enjoys his sport and keeping fit

John Westbrook

John Westbrook

John is one of our longest serving foremen in Carnehill as has managed numerous Educational, Residential and Commercial projects sites. When hes not giving out at work he can be found giving out about Man United at the weekend.

Davey Prentice

Davey has 30 years expericnce working on site and has been a trusted man in Carnehill for the past 12 years ago. A keen eye for detail he is a trusted man to get the job  done and to a high standard finish. When he’s not running sites he can be found running the streets to keep fit.
