Niall O Kane
Niall O Kane
Niall is the MD and founder of the Carnehill Group and has developed the businesses within the group into trusted contractors delivering successful projects. He has overseen the growth of the group into a multi-million and multi-disciplinary organisation. Responsible for the overall strategic management of the company, he maintains a hands-on approach to all projects, carrying out frequent site visits and attending client meetings. When not at work, Niall can’t resist a youtube deep-dive on CNC machinery.

Tommy Coleman
Tommy graduated from Limerick Institute of technology with an Honours degree in Construction Economics and Management in 2004. Since completing his degree Tommy has gained invaluable experience in the construction sector working with some of Ireland’s largest Main Contractors working on projects in all construction sectors.
Since joining Carnehill Contracting in 2012 as Head of Estimating Tommy has played a key role in the growth of the company by negotiating contacts with new and existing customers. In his spare time Tommy follows Liverpool F.C and the Irish Rugby team

Mark Daly
Mark Daly
Mark graduated from Glamorgan University with an Honours degree in Quantity Surveying in 2004. During his time in the construction Industry Mark has worked with some of Irelands leading Main Contractors as a Quantity Surveyor on projects in Retail, Commercial, and Educational Sectors.
Since joining Carnehill in 2010 Mark has led the Commercial Team and is responsible for overseeing the financial function within the Carnehill Group. Outside of work Mark enjoys watching most sports and keeping fit almost as much as he enjoys his daily breakfasts.
Joanne Byrne
Joanne Byrne
Joanne joined the Carnehill Group in 2021 with extensive training in international trade, business, law & accounting. She is a key member of the management team, working closely with both Carnehill Contracting and Joinery. When not busily managing the finances of this multi-million euro organisation, Joanne loves baking, reading and travelling. Her latest read is set in a French chateau, so perhaps Paris is the next destination?
Mark Burke
Mark Burke
Mark graduated from Glamorgan University with an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying in 2004. He has worked for some of Irelands Leading Main Contractors. Following on from that, Mark has 10 years’ experience as a qualified joiner working in both the private and commercial sector on some remarkable buildings such as Dun-Laoighaire Library, Slane Castle Distillery, The Four Courts, DCU College and Microsoft Offices
Tim O’Brien
Tim O’Brien
Tim has over 9 years experience working in the Construction Industry & has a Certificate in Electronic Engineering. As Group Purchasing Manager Tim is highly organised and skilled in negotiation. He is a key go to guy in our office. When he is not managing his team in Carnehill he can be found managing his sons football team at the weekend.
Vincent Sweeney
Vincent Sweeney
Vincent joined Carnehill in 2023. He has 8 years experience working in the Construction Industry with a qualification of QQI Level 6 Purchasing & Procurement with Supply Chain Management. His knowledge and experience has been a welcome addition to our Purchasing team. In his downtime he enjoys a game of golf and cheering on the Dubs on Hill 16
Marilia Alves
Marilia Alves
Since joining Carnehill in 2018 Marilia has played a key role in our head office. Marilia has a qualification in Business Administration. Marilia is responsible for overseeing the day to day accounts function in Carnehill and caries out her work to the highest standard with her professionalism and organisational skills. She is also the undefeated Office Foosball Champion.

A longstanding member of the Team with 25 years experience in the Construction Industry. Colin started out as a carpenter with Carnehill before climbing the ladder to his current role as Contracts Manager. He has overseen the sucessfull completion of numerous Commercial and Eductional Projects. In his spare time Colin enjoys playing golf, running and spending time on Facebook

Gary Gouldsbury
Gary is a vastly experienced member of the Carnehill team with over 30 years of experience working on completed projects such as The Clayton and Radisson Hotels. Gary enjoys getting out for a walk, watching GAA and a few pints in the local with friends.
David Bulega
David Bulega
David plays a key role on sites for Carnehill as a site manager, David has over 17 years experience working in the construction industry and has worked on countless successful projects such as The Sorting Office/Cadenza Earlsfort Terrace and multiple Educate Together National Schools. David’s favourite hobbies are going for nature walks, photography and marketing.

With over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry, Kenny has overseen numerous successfully completed projects for Carnehill in Commercial, Healthcare and Educational Sectors. Kenny enjoys going on family walks with his three dogs. He is also a big fan of Liverpool FC but nobody is perfect….
Constantin Butnaru
Constantin Butnaru
Constantin is a boarder by trade and now works as one of the site foreman for Carnehill. Constantin has over 5 years experience working in the construction industry and has helped Carnehill successfully complete projects such as Georges Quay, Waterpark College, Stepaside School 7 Tallaght Stadium. In his free time Constantin enjoys travelling and cooking as well as having an interest in cars.
Stewart Hennessy
Stewart Hennessy
Stewart is an integral part of the Carnehill family and provides the transportation of materials from the companies yard to sites or between offices in Naas and Scotstown. Stewart has been with the company for many years and is a vital part of the logistical side of the business. In his spare time Stewart enjoys travelling.

David has 22 years experience working in the Construction industry in Ireland and also abroad in Germany & the UK. David has worked on numerous large scale Commercial and Educational Projects all over Ireland. In his free time David enjoys playing football & hunting
Ovidijus Mesiuvian
Ovidijus Mesiuvian
Ovidijus has over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry and has overseen numerous projects for Carnehill Contracting mainly in the Commercial sector. In his spare time Ovidijus enjoys spending time in nature and fishing and playing basketball and football.
